Butterfly Curtains is one of those designs that can instantly transform a room. They can suit any room in the home from a child's bedroom, adult's bedroom to the living room. A butterfly curtain is not just for a child's room, they are also very popular for adult's room too. As the curtains can be bought in a large array of colors and styles, they won't look out of place in the main bedroom.

One important factor to keep in mind when choosing fabric is to decide on how much light you want to let into the room. Having a thicker fabric will let in less light than obviously a thinner one. You can also buy blackout curtains that does a good job in keeping all the light out, as these have a special lining.

These butterfly curtains can be hung just above the top of the window, or just below the ceiling. If you are looking for a longer length in a curtain, then it makes sense to hang these window treatments from the ceiling. You do need to make sure that you get the right length, but you don't have to be too concerned  about the width. If you go too wide the curtains will still look fine when open or closed.
